CRONISTORIA DEGLI AVVENIMENTI


19 gennaio 2010,
I vigili urbani del COMUNE DI VIMODRONE si presentano accompagnati da un veterinario della ASL di Melzo dichiarando di dover fare un sopralluogo ed in seguito a tale sopralluogo, data la mancanza delle autorizzazioni all’inizio delle attività e della mancanza dell’esecuzione dei lavori richiesti, ritengono di spostare i gatti presenti presso il canile sanitario di PANTIGLIATE convenzionato.
Su 20 animali presenti 17 vengono portati via, tre ci vengono lasciati perché in precarie condizioni di salute inoltre ci viene portata via tutta la documentazione cartacea di proprietà dell’Associazione riguardante gli affidi fatti negli anni 2008, 2009 e 2010, gli animali vengono trasferiti presso il canile convenzionato con la ASL di PANTIGLIATE.

La Presidentessa ed alcuni nostri soci si sono recati presso il canile di PANTIGLIATE CONVENZIONATO con l'ASL Milano2 che ha competenze per il Comune di Vimodrone...), dove sono stati portati i nostri gatti, per chiederne l'affidamento personale...
Gli è stato risposto che gli animali sono gravemente malati, sotto terapia e pertanto non è possibile adottarli...
Il Comune pubblica sul proprio sito una dichiarazione del Sindaco in cui smentisce la responsabilità dello stesso nella vicenda e dichiara che la ASL ha agito come atto dovuto a seguito dell’esposto of some citizens.

Chiedo aiuto a tutti coloro che hanno nel cuore gli animali in difficoltà : la mia richiesta per ritrovare MIRTILLO, l' amato cane di una bambina in tenera età che segna sul calendario i giorni che il cane manca da casa, barrandoli con la penna e rivolgendosi ai genitori chiedendo perchè non torna il mio amico Mirtillo.
MIRTILLO è un bellissimo meticcio lupoide bianco,giovane solare.
Al momento dello smarrimento,avvenuto a ROSATE (MI), il 22 dicembre U.S. aveva ancora il microchip.Nonostante la neve sono state avviate immediate ricerche da parte dei proprietari e amici che si sono protratte per molti giorni perlustrando e appendendo volantini in tutti i paesi del circondario.
Il veterinario di un paese limitrofo aveva ricevuto una telefonata dalla persona che lo ha trovato e letto il microchip e data segnalazione di ritrovamento del cane.
Il proprietario si è recato tempestivamente da chi lo deteneva ma di Mirtillo nessuna traccia !
E stata fatta subito al denuncia di furto alle autorità del luogo. Il cane non è mai più rientrato nel possesso della famiglia di ROSATE.
Tra il cane e la padroncina si era stabilito un rapporto molto intenso, la bimba sta ancora soffrendo moltissimo per la sua perdita .
Confidando che abbiate contatti utili per trovare tracce del cane attendiamo notizie certe o nominativi di persone che possiamo contattare direttamente. (animalisti fidati)
